To bedrock (approx. 21') RS 2.875x.276 Anchor shoring plates to soldier piles w/1"x1"/4" angle plates (24) Shoring plates shall be 4'x6'x1/4" (14) Wood rakers will be installed and each soldier pile. Double 2x6 and single 4x4. Extended 9'-6" at 45 degree angle. Secured with 1/2 bolt. Secure with #6 rebar (6') with OSHA rebar caps. Install (2) 2x12x36" sole plates per raker.

Compact 2/5" lifts All concrete to be 4500psi w/fiber, air, and wire mesh. With broom finish No more than 1% grade on parking area. No more than 2.5" slope on ADA ramp Elevate concrete at curbs around the facility. Eliminate tripping hazards laterally as well. Approx. 449LF Caulk seam between curb and walk. Approx. 560LF
