To bedrock (approx. 21') RS 2.875x.276 Anchor shoring plates to soldier piles w/1"x1"/4" angle plates (24) Shoring plates shall be 4'x6'x1/4" (14) Wood rakers will be installed and each soldier pile. Double 2x6 and single 4x4. Extended 9'-6" at 45 degree angle. Secured with 1/2 bolt. Secure with #6 rebar (6') with OSHA rebar caps. Install (2) 2x12x36" sole plates per raker.
New Construction Waterproofing
Provide water/damp proofing of exterior concrete walls Coverage area includes the entire exterior including elevator pit walls Coverage area includes footer face and ledge as well as underpinning column Spec'd materials include DECO 20 seal 1/2" insulation board will be adhered to membrane, except at underpinning column DECO 20 will be applied via airless sprayer in two coats
Demo asphalt, sidewalk, and curb at rear of building Create parking spot for charge car and ADA ramp Prep and pour 26'x18'x6' parking area, approx. 20' of curb and 20' of sidewalk Provide 5" stone base. Compact 2/5" lifts All concrete to be 4500psi w/fiber, air, and wire mesh. With broom finish No more than 1% grade on parking area. No more than 2.5" slope on ADA ramp Elevate concrete at curbs around the facility. Eliminate tripping hazards laterally as well. Approx. 449LF Caulk seam between curb and walk. Approx. 560LF
