Our Services

Foundation Repair & Underpinning

Underpinning may be required to provide the additional foundation support needed to withstand increased loading, to halt ongoing settlement, to underpin existing shallow foundations prior to adjacent new construction, and for seismic retrofit.

Concrete Flatwork

Concrete flatwork is any poured surface that moves along a horizontal plane. Flatwork can be as simple as a patio, driveway, garage, basement, sidewalk, or as complex as a “Super Flat Floor”.

Waterproofing & Damp Proofing

The best time to determine your waterproofing needs is before construction ever begins. Waterproofing is a very important but often overlooked process of new construction.

Concrete Leveling

Our concrete leveling systems are designed to work under the most extreme conditions. We use a two-part urethane polymer that expands into high-density foam to fill voids, lift and stabilize concrete and solve a wide range of geotechnical and structural applications.

Sinkhole Remediation

Sinkholes can occur when water (or other forces) displace underground soil, weakening the soil’s overall integrity in certain areas. As you might guess, this a serious issue for buildings and houses.

Sinkhole Remediation

Grouting

From sinkhole remediation to the consolidation of fissured rock, the field of grouting encompasses a diverse range of subsurface challenges and an equally diverse range of treatment methodologies.

Deep Foundations

Deep foundations are structural elements that transfer loads through weak, compressible soils to underlying competent soils or rock.

Deep Foundations

Ground Improvement

Ground improvement involves the modification of soil properties or constructing inclusions within the soil to achieve a required performance.

Ground Improvement

Earth Retention & Shoring

Earth retention & shoring involves retaining soil subjected to either a natural, unstable slope or a man-made excavation and when required, supporting adjacent structures.

Earth Retention and Shoring

Groundwater Control

Groundwater control involves the creation of barriers in soil, rock, or below-grade structures to restrict the movement of water.
